By integrating a variety of functions into one system, we improved the experience for the end user. We reduced the number of applications necessary to complete everyday transactions and empowered staff to see more BI data to make better informed decisions.
We created a portal that can be utilized to enter dealer data and qualify customers based on their credit scores. Qualified dealers are enrolled and given access to a separate portal where they can sell parts and maintain sales records.
