The Problem

KitelyTech was approached by a large custom fabrication company to help streamline their antiquated, analogue processes. They were manually servicing orders using disjointed technologies and handwritten orders taken from a network of several thousand dealers across 26 states and installed though over 300 different teams of contractors.

The Answer

After several site visits and a detailed scoping and engineering phase, we partnered to build out a custom ERP to streamline and automate the company’s workflow.
