Packages sit on doorsteps, where they get stolen and rained on. Solving that is not one problem but three: an enclosure that survives weather and tampering, a mobile experience that announces a delivery and opens the box, and a commerce and fulfillment flow behind both.
A weather-resistant IoT smart receptacle with device control and real-time delivery notifications through a cross-platform mobile app, on a serverless backend connected to the e-commerce and fulfillment flow. The hardware, the app, and the purchase path were built as one system, which is the difference between a connected product and a box with a sensor in it.

A blockchain-based phone operating system built with security and privacy as the operating premise rather than a settings menu, delivered with the full e-commerce build-out behind the product. Working at the OS layer meant the security model could be designed into how the device handles identity, keys, and data instead of bolted onto an existing platform.
