A weather-resistant IoT smart receptacle with device control and real-time delivery notifications through a cross-platform mobile app, on a serverless backend connected to the e-commerce and fulfillment flow. The hardware, the app, and the purchase path were built as one system, which is the difference between a connected product and a box with a sensor in it.

A blockchain-based phone operating system built with security and privacy as the operating premise rather than a settings menu, delivered with the full e-commerce build-out behind the product.
