A fair question applies to everything on this site, and it lands hardest at this stage: couldn't an AI tool just estimate this for free? An AI tool can generate a plausible-looking number in seconds. What it can't produce is the assumption set, dependency map, and risk profile that make a number defensible: the parts that come from firsthand delivery experience, not from pattern-matching against training data. Forecast combines nearly two decades of KitelyTech's own hands-on delivery experience with the disciplined use of AI as a tool inside that process, not the other way around. The result isn't a number generated in isolation; it's a planning range a client can bring directly into their own internal budget and approval conversations.
